" I'm sad to say my experience at Jorge's was less than stellar. Despite the good reviews, I found the food to be average at best. I ordered the beef fajitas, which were okay but lacked seasoning, and my server seemed a bit disinterested. " As a Mexican-American, I tend to be critical of any Mexican restaurant, but Jorge's Cafe pleasantly surprised me. The chiles rellenos were perfection; they were crispy on the outside and stuffed generously. The green sauce they served on top complemented the dish beautifully. I also loved their homemade chips and salsa. Only downside was the service, which, although friendly, could be improved. I had to wait longer than I liked for refills.
