" I went to El Paraiso after a long day of hiking in the area. The first thing that struck me was how cozy and inviting the environment was – just what I needed. I ordered the shredded beef enchiladas, and they were honestly some of the best I’ve had! Perfectly spiced and just melted in my mouth.
