I tried the hawaiian roll and a couple of others, and they were good, though I was hoping for a bit more in terms of portion size. " Not the best sushi I’ve had, but Blue Sushi is still decent. The tempura shrimp roll was appetizing, but I felt that the rice in some of the rolls was slightly undercooked. While the aesthetic of the restaurant makes for a fun dining experience, the service was a bit slow, and our table was crammed, which detracted from our experience.
