" I've been to Mirage several times and the food has unfortunately varied with each visit. Their hookah has been consistently amazing, perhaps the best in town. Last weekend, I ordered a chicken kebab that was char-grilled to perfection and incredibly tasty. However, I've also received poorly cooked dishes on other visits. It's frustrating.
