" I've been to several hibachi restaurants, and Shima remains my favorite! The chefs are incredibly skilled and hilarious too! I went there to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. The portions were generous, and the quality of the meat was high. I It's best to book ahead as there are only a few tables. I had hoped for a wider variety. The portion sizes were acceptable, and the steak dinner did taste good; however, I left feeling that it should have been more authentic.
