" I was unsure what to expect as I approached this quaint little restaurant. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and shown to our table. I ordered the lamb rogan josh, based on recommendations, and it didn’t disappoint! The lamb was tender and mixed beautifully with the spices. I’ve had my fair share of Indian food, and I’d say Jaipur is pretty close to authentic! The only downside was that my dish was a bit oily, but the flavors made up for it.
