" Our visit to Coyote Flaco last weekend was delightful! The wait to be seated was minimal, and once inside, the atmosphere felt inviting. " My friends and I decided to check out Coyote Flaco after seeing its high ratings online. We were not disappointed! The food truly lives up to the hype! From the starter of homemade chips with salsa to the flavorful taco platters, nothing was bland. The only minor issue was the time it took to get our food; I think they were quite busy that night. Once the food did arrive, it was well worth the wait! I particularly loved the chicken burrito, it was huge and stuffed to the brim. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu! " We came to Coyote Flaco as a large group and were accommodated quite well. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Their selection of drinks, specifically margaritas, was truly exceptional! I tried the strawberry variant, and it was a perfect blend of sweet and tart. For my meal, I had enchiladas, and wow, they were absolutely delightful, with just the right kick of spice. I didn't feel rushed throughout our meal which made for an enjoyable evening. " Coyote Flaco has been on my list for a while and I finally made it! I'm so glad I did! The energy in place was fun and lively. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and helped recommend some of his favorite menu items. I went with the chicken fajitas - while the flavor was on point, I was a bit surprised they didn't come out sizzling as I expected. Nonetheless, every bite was packed with flavor!
