" We had a lovely dinner at Sugo a few days ago. The calamari was a great starter, crispy yet tender. For mains, I had the ravioli, which was delightful and fresh. I loved that they use quality ingredients. However, the service was a bit lackluster; we waited too long for our entrees. Although I enjoyed my meal overall, the pacing could certainly be improved. The drink menu had a decent selection of wines to pair with the food. I appreciate the effort that goes into making the menu authentic. " (*Curated Review*)
" Wow! What a delightful dinner experience at Sugo! The quality of the food was exceptional, and the flavors were authentically Italian. I ordered the beef lasagna and it was hands down the best I've ever had! Each layer was rich and harmoniously layered together. The warm ambiance of the restaurant with its lovely decor really adds to the experience. The staff were attentive and made sure our hydration needs were constantly met. Prices are reasonable given the quality. I can't recommend this place enough! " (*Curated Review*)
" I can't speak highly enough about Sugo! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, which set the tone for the evening. I ordered the seafood pasta, and it was cooked to perfection with generous portions, bursting with flavor. My friend had the vegetarian risotto, which she couldn't stop raving about. After the meal, we indulged in their legendary pistachio gelato, and let me tell you, it was out of this world! I’ll definitely be back soon to relive this amazing experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" I went to Sugo based on a friend's recommendation and was absolutely impressed with the authenticity of the food! We ordered a variety of dishes to share: the bruschetta, a classic margherita pizza, and a rich ragu pasta. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, just like my grandmother used to make. The atmosphere was warm and inviting; perfect for a family dinner. The only downside was the wait for our mains, which took a bit longer than expected, but the friendly service made up for it. Can't wait to go back and try more! " (*Curated Review*)
" I had great expectations for Sugo based on the glowing reviews I had heard, and it mostly delivered. The food was quite good, featuring robust flavors and fresh ingredients, but I found a couple of components lacking the zing I was looking for. The service was pleasant, though at times it felt overbearing as our server kept checking in a little too frequently. The restaurant is quite cozy and well-lit, which is great for absorbing the ambiance of the place. I’d likely return to explore more of their menu. " (*Curated Review*)
" I discovered Sugo Italian Pasta Bar through a foodie Instagram post and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did! The menu features a fantastic variety of authentic Italian dishes, including handmade pastas. I particularly enjoyed the gnocchi with truffle sauce—it was indulgent yet not overwhelming. The atmosphere offers a lovely touch of Italy with its rustic decor. Service was friendly though a bit slow during peak dinner hours. Despite this, the food quality more than made up for the time spent waiting. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu! " (*Curated Review*)
" This Italian gem did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile by the staff. I ordered the caprese salad to start, which was fresh and flavorful. For my main, the wild mushroom ravioli was delightful—richly filled and topped with a light sauce. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, perfect for an intimate night out. My only complaint was that it took a bit longer to get our check, but I’d definitely return for the food without a second thought. " (*Curated Review*)
