" I just had the worst experience at Bluefin Sushi Bar. The fish quality was lacking, and the service was even worse. I waited nearly an hour for my order and the servers seemed completely overwhelmed. When my food finally arrived, it was bland and did not taste fresh at all. Although the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, which I appreciated, the primary focus should be on the food, and unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. " Bluefin remains one of my top spots for sushi in Portland. Not only does their sushi always taste fresh, but they provide a wonderful selection of traditional Japanese dishes.
