" Unfortunately, my recent visit to Carrabba's was quite disappointing. The salads we ordered were limp and not fresh, and my main dish—the Eggplant Parmesan—was overly oily. Though the server was polite and tried her best, it felt like she was overwhelmed. I expected better given the hype, especially as I've enjoyed this restaurant in the past. " A pleasant surprise! I was skeptical about eating at a chain restaurant, but Carrabba's did not disappoint. The Caprese salad was fresh and flavorful; the Olive oil used had great quality. My entrée of Chicken Piccata was prepared perfectly; the flavor was spot on and nice portion size. The rustic decor is inviting, enhancing the overall experience. " I visited Carrabba's while traveling and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer and it hit the spot! My main course was the Chicken Piccata which was fresh and easy on the palate. The team was great, very attentive and accommodating with my dietary requests.
