" Wow! I am thoroughly impressed. Jalisco is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I’ve eaten at since moving to this area! Everything from the ambiance to the flavors of the food was on point. I started with the queso fundido, which was incredibly flavorful and gooey, just like I love. For my main course, I went with the enchiladas verdes, and let me tell you, they were heavenly! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also had a chance to chat with the owner, who shared his passion for authentic Mexican cuisine with me. I’ll definitely be back again!
