The fish was served undercooked, and although the chef attempted to entertain us, there was no engagement whatsoever with the table. Our server seemed overwhelmed and neglected our drinks, which left us quite disappointed. While the shrimp was delicious, overall, it felt like the staff was out of sync and the quality of food did not meet my expectations of authentic Japanese cuisine. The steak was fantastic along with the hearty portions. My only complaint was that the time between courses could be shortened, but everything else was on point! My biggest win has been the fillet mignon; it’s without a doubt the best steak I’ve ever had! My only suggestion is they could improve service speed.
