" I don't understand why Mario's gets such high ratings. My experience was far from stellar. The atmosphere seemed nice from afar, but once seated, I noticed dirty tables and unpolished floors. The pasta I ordered was overcooked, and the sauce was bland. While the server was friendly, their service was slow, especially considering there were only a few patrons inside. " As a long-time patron of Mario's, I have seen them evolve over the years, and I must say it has been a wonderful journey. Their Italian beef sandwiches are probably the best I've had outside of Chicago, oozing with flavor and served generously. Although there have been a few service hiccups during busy nights, the staff is always friendly and does their best under pressure.
