There’s a great selection of meats, seafood, and a variety of fresh veggies. The only downside? My spicy broth was slightly greasy, overshadowing the flavor I was craving. " Mala Town is a delightful treat! The self-serve hotpot concept really lets you personalize your meal. I loved the vibrant selection of vegetables and meats; everything was super fresh. I chose the beef bone broth, and wow, it was delicious and hearty. It did remind me of some authentic dishes I've had abroad. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that my companion found the broth too greasy, which took away from the overall experience. I still recommend it highly though!
