" Finally made it to Noodles after hearing so many good things. I wasn’t disappointed! Everything from the appetizers to the main courses had a level of authenticity that was refreshing. The staff seemed well trained; they knew the menu inside and out and were even able to make recommendations. The only downside was the slight wait for a table, but that’s expected on a busy weekend. The pho offered was quite different than what I’ve had elsewhere; it seemed to lack some traditional elements which made it less authentic in taste. However, I did enjoy the spring rolls. My partner had the fried rice that he couldn't stop raving about. Everything came out promptly, and we enjoyed an invigorating cup of jasmine tea that paired beautifully with our meals. " Eating at Noodles was an incredible experience! I ordered the BBQ pork noodles and they were out of this world. The flavors were sensational and truly reminded me of authentic Asian comfort food. The only downside was how busy it was during dinner, and the noise level in the restaurant. However, the fast service more than made up for it.
