" Edo Japan offers really good food but could improve on service speed. The shrimp tempura was lovely and perfectly crispy, but our orders took longer than expected to arrive. Once we got our food though, it was hot and fresh. Also, the restaurant vibe was really nice, making it a good spot for catching up with friends or family.
