" I’ve been to Italia Rústica several times and it’s usually a pleasant experience, but this last visit was subpar. The service seemed disorganized and our pizza came out partially burnt. I appreciate their effort to maintain authenticity, but consistency in quality is vital. I hope they improve the training of their staff.
