" Absolutely my favorite spot for authentic Mexican food! Taqueria Jalisco never fails to impress me with their outstanding flavors and homemade dishes. The verde salsa is a must-try. Service is a bit slow, but the staff is always friendly and respectful. My favorite dish is definitely the carne guisada! I usually can’t finish it because the portion is just right. " Oh boy, where to start? My family and I went to Taqueria Jalisco for a Sunday brunch. We were greeted warmly, but the service quickly dwindled from there. It took a long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for our food to arrive. When it finally did, I have to say, I was disappointed. The flautas were overcooked and lacked any seasoning. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I can’t overlook the decline in quality from previous visits. I don’t think we'll be returning anytime soon unless we hear significant improvements. " I visited Taqueria Jalisco during a busy weekday evening. The food was decent; however, I think my expectations were too high. I ordered the pastor tacos, which were a bit bland compared to others I've tried in the area. I also noticed that the beans and rice felt like they were pre-packaged and not homemade, which is a disappointing experience in a place that touts itself as authentic. The service needed improvement, as my waitress seemed rushed and not very attentive, which took away from the overall experience. I left slightly disappointed and doubt I will be coming back soon. " Disappointed! We went as a group for a birthday celebration and the service was abysmal. Our waitress forgot some orders and mixed up others. The food itself wasn't bad but definitely felt like it was lacking the homey feeling I hoped for. I’d suggest they might want to consider training their staff better for busy nights because it ruined our experience.
