" Discovered JINYA on a night out and I can’t believe I waited so long! The food is incredible, their ramen is, hands down, the best in Edmonton. I tried the Yuzu Shio, and the broth was incredible! Very light yet flavorful. I also had a glass of their signature drink—refreshing and delicious! However, I noticed the service staff was a bit inexperienced, leading to some slight delays.
