" I recently had a birthday celebration with my friends at Taco Bell. We ordered a ton of food including tacos and burritos. When we got there, the order was accurate, and the food was fresh and hot. " Taco Bell is a staple for me and my friends. We often go after long night shifts for reliable, cost-effective food. Most of the time, the food is okay, especially the Doritos Locos Tacos, but there have been a couple of occasions where I was left really disappointed. Like recently, my tacos had stale shells which ruined the meal. They also served my friend a bean burrito instead of a meat one, so I’m losing faith in the quality. The drive-thru staff are friendly, but I've had continuous issues with my order not being prepared as I requested. I’ve asked multiple times for no sour cream but it keeps appearing on my tacos!
