" If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The service is consistently lackluster, and they are almost always out of basic ingredients that should be staples at Taco Bell. On my last visit, they told me they were out of ground beef—can you imagine? I had to settle for a weird chicken alternative. The food was not only poorly made but tasted stale. " Very disappointed in this location. After waiting to place my order, they misheard what I asked for and gave me something entirely different. The customer service was below average, with the workers not caring about my concerns. I wasn’t impressed with the food either; it was lukewarm when I received it. " My last visit at Taco Bell was supposed to be a simple fast food run. Instead, I encountered a staff that didn't seem to care about their jobs. I ordered a combination of tacos and nachos, but they managed to mix up my order entirely. To top it off, the nacho cheese looked curdled, and I didn’t dare touch it. " I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this location compels me to share. It's really a shame because I used to enjoy Taco Bell. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. The drive-thru was exceptionally slow, and by the time I received my order, they'd forgotten half of what I'd asked for. The food didn’t taste fresh at all; my tacos were cold and looked like they had been thrown together in a hurry. I won’t be visiting this location again unless I hear they've improved. " This is possibly the worst Taco Bell I've been to. I stopped by with some friends after a long day, hoping for something quick. Instead, we were met with grumpy staff and a disgusting environment. We ordered a variety of items, hoping for an enjoyable meal, but everything had either hardly any meat or was left to sit too long.
