" Frank is worth every penny. I’ve tried several dishes here, but the penne alla vodka is, in my opinion, the best in NYC! The pasta tasted unbelievably fresh, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. I do suggest making a reservation as it can get packed quickly!
