" I used to enjoy Taco Bell, but my last visit was incredibly disappointing. The drive-thru was slow, and when I finally got my food, it was cold and didn't taste fresh at all. I ordered a Crunchwrap and it was barely filled. To make matters worse, they forgot my drink, and when I went back to ask about it, the staff seemed indifferent. " Super unhappy with my visit to Taco Bell today. It seems that no one in this place cares about food quality or customer service anymore. I ordered nachos, and they were just sad – no cheese, no toppings. Just chips! I asked if they could add sauce, but the workers looked annoyed. I didn't feel welcome at all; it felt like I was bothering them because I wanted something to eat. I left feeling disappointed and hungry. I guess that’s what I get for going fast food.
