" This little restaurant was a pleasant surprise! We've been searching for decent Chinese food for a while and Shang Hai River has quickly risen to the top of our list. I ordered the hot and sour soup and was impressed by its sharp taste, perfect for a chilly day! We also enjoyed the sesame chicken; the meat was tender and not overly fried like in some places. " Discovered Shang Hai River on a whim! I was delightfully surprised by the excellent quality of their food. I tried the Pad Thai and it was genuinely one of the better versions I've had outside of my travels to Thailand. Sauce was perfectly balanced and the shrimp were plump and juicy.
