" Visiting from out of town, I decided to try out Pho Lien based on its high ratings. The pho did not disappoint! Rich with flavor and just the right amount of meat and noodles. The atmosphere was cozy but also quite crowded. It was a bit of a wait for a table, but the food was worth it. Make sure to bring cash, as that’s the only option here. " Pho Lien has been around for a long time, and for good reason! Their pho is hands down some of the best I've ever tasted, reminiscent of what you'd find in Vietnam. I ordered the beef pho, which was both hearty and flavorful. The only downside was that the place was quite crowded, which made it a bit cramped. Be prepared to squeeze in.
