I had the Hunan chicken and cream cheese wontons, which were delightful. The ambiance isn't much to write home about, as it’s mainly a takeout place, but the staff was warm and welcoming. I did have a bit of a wait during peak hours, but it was worth it. Prices are also very reasonable considering the portion sizes. I will return for sure, especially for their excellent crab rangoon. " Every time I visit Empire, I walk away satisfied. Their shrimp in garlic sauce is delicious. It's got a fair amount of spice and is well-seasoned without being too oily. The chocolate cake is decent for dessert! The clean environment makes me feel comfortable. However, if you're expecting an atmosphere for a nice sit-down meal, this isn't it. " Lastly, my latest visit to Empire left me a tad disappointed— the mongolian beef was bland this time, which was either an off day for them or a different chef. But every other time I've gone, it's been nothing short of amazing! The staff was still lovely despite my dissatisfaction.
