" What was once my favorite fast-food chain is unrecognizable at this location. It seems that no one cares about proper food preparation or customer service. I am just hitting my frustration limit. I can’t believe how many times I’ve been disappointed with incorrect orders or inadequate service. It seems almost routine that I will have a bad meal when I come here. I had an excellent experience during my last visit when a friendly employee took the time to make sure my complicated order was correct. However, I’ve also faced rudeness and inattention from staff during other trips.
