" Osmow's has potential, but it just isn't there yet in my opinion. I expected more authenticity with the shawarma. It lacked the depth of flavor that you'd expect from a traditional recipe - it felt more like a regular chicken wrap than shawarma. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and distracted; my order took longer than expected, and my fries were undercooked when they finally arrived.
