" I've been to this taco stand a few times now, and I must say, it never disappoints! The tacos are packed with flavor, especially the birria option which I highly recommend. The street corn is also a must-have. They stay open late, which is great when you're craving good food after a night out. Just a note, the seating is outdoor, so be prepared for that! Overall, a fantastic spot for late-night eats. " (*Curated Review*)
" Stopped by Surfside Taco Stand after a night out in DC. The quesadillas were excellent—crispy and filled with cheese. I also tried the shrimp tacos, and they were pretty good! The service was fast considering how busy it was, but I would suggest going earlier to avoid long waits in line. The price is a bit higher than your average taco stand, but the food quality justifies it. Would definitely return! " (*Curated Review*)
" The food here is good but don’t expect anything special. The vibes are nice for a grab-and-go, and everything was relatively clean. I are the beef tacos, which were hearty, but I've had better at other places. It’s convenient to find something open at late hours though! " (*Curated Review*)
" I came here planning to get a burrito but ended up getting tacos—best decision ever! Each taco was bursting with flavors that took me right back to Mexico. The staff was surprisingly chill for how busy they were, which was refreshing. Be warned, though, the place gets crowded, and outdoor seating becomes limited. Would absolutely come back when I’m in the area! " (*Curated Review*)
" Honestly, Surfside Taco Stand is good but not great. The tacos were tasty, especially with the various hot sauce options, but I felt the overall experience lacked something special. The atmosphere was just okay, nothing too inviting, and the service was fairly average as well. " (*Curated Review*)
" I’ve been here during both the day and late at night and noticed different atmospheres. The daytime is more laid back while the night is lively with people coming from nearby bars. Both experiences were enjoyable! The food is great; I had the shrimp tacos and they were fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend the margaritas, too! " (*Curated Review*)
" Surfside has an amazing variety of tacos! I tried the chicken and steak options and both were well-seasoned and delicious. I also appreciated the outdoor ambiance, even though it can get a bit crowded. Service was generally speedy which is a plus. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again! " (*Curated Review*)
