" Sukey's is a mixed bag for sure. On my first visit, I was blown away by their fried rice—it was fantastic! When I returned, however, the seafood lo mein was a completely different story. It lacked flavor and came out very oily. Their crab rangoon is consistently good, though! I appreciate the effort by the staff as they are always accommodating and friendly. A little inconsistency in the food is the only complaint I have; I just hope they can stabilize it because this place has potential. " (*Curated Review*)
" What a lovely little hidden gem! I went here thinking I was treating myself to a good meal, and I was not disappointed. The bulgogi was to die for, perfectly seasoned with a nice kick. I had the egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were filled with fresh ingredients—really crunchy too! The service was prompt and friendly, which made a huge difference in how enjoyable my meal was. The interior could definitely use a revamp, but it doesn’t take away from the quality of the dining experience I had. This will be a weekly stop for me! " (*Curated Review*)
" I've been a frequent visitor of Sukey's since I was a child. It's not your typical Chinese restaurant—it's got that unique charm with the Korean twist on some dishes! My favorite is the bulgogi beef; it's unlike anything I've tasted elsewhere. The portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair. I recently tried the sweet potato noodles, and they were hearty and comforting. Now, the atmosphere could use a little updating, but the authentic flavors more than make up for it. If you love real flavors and generous portions, you should definitely give it a shot! " (*Curated Review*)
" So, I have mixed feelings about Sukey's. On one hand, I love the fact that they serve authentic Korean dishes in a Chinese setting, but on the other hand, my last visit left me feeling disappointed. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, but the chicken was over-fried and the rice was too dry. The staff was accommodating and super friendly, really making my experience pleasant. I’ll probably give it another chance because the atmosphere really feels like home, and maybe next time I can try something different. " (*Curated Review*)
" Disaster. That’s the only way to put it. I had high hopes going into Sukey’s because of all the rave reviews. But the moment I got my order, I noticed the lobster sauce was practically nonexistent. The lo mein was a sad, oily mess, and the fried rice tasted stale. It was so disappointing considering I spent a good amount on my meal. My partner had the General Tso's, and even he was let down by its blandness. The only good thing I can say is that the waitress was very sweet. I won’t be coming back, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to enjoy this place. " (*Curated Review*)
" Fantastic food, fantastic service! I had a lovely experience at Sukey's with my family. We ordered the dinner for two: everything came at a great price and was served hot. The crab rangoon was crispy, and the sweet and sour chicken was beautifully flavorful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The only thing that may deter some is the slight shabby decor, but to me, it gives the place character. Eating here once again is a must for our next family outing. " (*Curated Review*)
" Rather disappointed with my last visit to Sukey's. I had ordered the general Tso's chicken, and honestly, it was quite bland. The fried rice had an odd texture—talk about missing the mark. However, the service remained friendly and constant. I just wish the food had more flair and authenticity, as that's what I crave when eating Chinese food. I might give this place another shot, but only for its hospitality. I might be better off ordering a different dish next time! " (*Curated Review*)
