" I have mixed feelings about this Cicis location. My kids love the buffet concept, and we often take advantage of the vast variety. However, during our last visit, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The pizza itself was decent but certainly not extraordinary. The salad bar was also a letdown – several ingredients were unkempt and the dressing options were out. It's supposed to be a family-friendly environment, but the lack of supervision for younger kids running around added to the chaos. " I came to Cicis for a quick family meal, and it seemed straightforward at first glance. However, once inside, I noticed that the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with cleaning and supplies. The pizzas that were served were alright, but a couple had obviously been sitting for too long. I could tell that management needs to improve on staff training and cleanliness. " Cicis Pizza was once a favorite for family snacks, but recently, I've been losing faith in this venue. It used to be easy to come in and find fresh pizza on every visit, but I think they've really dropped the ball lately. On my last visit, there seemed to be a shortage of staff, resulting in slow service and little attention to cleanliness. " I honestly used to like Cicis but I am starting to understand why others have been sharing such negative experiences. The last visit had a considerable amount of chaos! Our table had not been cleaned, and the staff seemed more focused on chatting with one another than attending to customers. The pizzas that were out were cold and lacked the usual flavor. I strongly feel they need to make significant improvements in management and employee training. The buffet concept is great, but it really needs to be better executed. " I had an average experience at Cicis. The variety available can be appealing, but the atmosphere is chaotic, and cleanliness is something they need to work on extensively. I had an experience where the drinks weren't served until well after I finished my pizza, which was frustrating. It's a pizza buffet, so the expectation is for fresh, hot food continually, but I felt it fell short of that standard. For now, I might give it a break before heading back.
