However, I did experience one visit where my order was not prepared to my expectations, particularly on the seasoning. They have a great ability to balance flavors typically, but I had to send my meal back due to being bland. The staff was nothing but kind and understanding when I expressed my concern, and they offered me a replacement immediately. " After hearing mixed reviews about Don Pedro 2, I finally had to try it for myself. The ambiance was nice, but the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. I understand it was a busy evening, but it seemed they could use more hands on deck. I ordered shrimp enchiladas, and they were average at best. The shrimp were plump but lacked seasoning, which was disappointing. The salsa served was fresh but again, not very spicy, which did not excite my palate.
