" After hearing rave reviews, I was stoked to try Birrieria La Santa. I ordered the birria taco and corn on the side. While the taco tasted authentic, and I could tell they care about using quality ingredients, I found that my taco lacked that punch of seasoning that I’ve come to associate with great Mexican food. They made great recommendations which helped me try a variety of foods. Each item was flavorful and tasted fresh. The ambiance could use a bit of enhancement; a few more decorations might elevate the dining experience. Regardless, the highlight here is truly how good the food is.
