" Awful experience. I was excited to try their pho since I had heard good things. Unfortunately, mine came lukewarm, and the flavors were bland. The waiter seemed uninterested in helping us when we asked for extra sauces. The ambiance was mediocre; nothing special about it. " Pho I-10 is a hit or miss, depending on what you order. I recently had their bún bò huế and it was fantastic! The broth had the right balance of spices, and I could taste the authentic shrimp paste in it. The downside was my friend’s order of banh mi which fell short with dry bread and lack of flavor. Though, to give credit where it's due, the egg rolls were delightful—crispy and packed with flavor. Service was inconsistent, which included waiting too long to get my drink refilled.
