" I live for good ramen, and this is IT! The flavors are on point, and the noodles have a delightful chewiness. The chicken karaage was a delicious side—perfectly fried and seasoned just right. The service was what I would call humble, but very friendly. You might have to wait a while for your meal, but that’s only because everything is made fresh. " The ramen is the best I have ever had! I've been to numerous Japanese restaurants and can assure you the authenticity here is unmatched. The handmade noodles stood out, and the broth was something I would rate as top-notch. The atmosphere, while simple and unpretentious, felt homey.
