" Tried China Max due to the convenience of being in the mall food court. The food was surprisingly bad. The flavor didn’t resonate at all, and the fried rice felt like it had been sitting for a long time before being served. I was hopeful, but my high expectations quickly turned into disappointment, especially after seeing some parts of my meal were undercooked. " I don’t even know where to start with this place. I figured it would be nothing too special since it’s mall food, but this was a new low. First, they forgot part of my order and when I finally got it, the food was lukewarm and tasteless. The staff didn’t do much in the way of customer service and seemed to be in their own world. " I seldom leave reviews, but my experience at China Max was horrendous. The sweet and sour chicken tasted bizarre, and it didn’t resemble anything Chinese that I've ever had! The fried rice was mushy and bland. The staff was not helpful at all when I asked about menu items. They clearly needed better training.
