" Disappointed is an understatement! All the pizzas were nearly gone and waiting took ages. The atmosphere was chaotic, with many guests struggling to find seats. Unfortunately, even after we managed to grab a few slices, the freshness was simply not there, contributing to a very unsatisfactory meal overall. " Last weekend we celebrated my son's birthday at Cicis. I wish I could say it was a success. Although the staff was kind enough to offer a party area, the food quality was an extreme letdown. Pizza crust was overly tough with insufficient toppings. Guests had to continuously ask for refills on drinks and pizza specialty requests went ignored.
