" I visited with my friends for a casual dinner and we had a really great time! The ambiance was lively, and the music was perfect. We ordered a variety of appetizers; the southwestern egg rolls were a hit! Although some items were a bit on the salty side, overall the food was hearty and satisfying. I have to give a shoutout to our server, who was attentive and made sure our drinks were always filled. I’ll definitely come back, but I just want to remind them to tone down the salt next time! " This location of Chili's has some work to do. Our server seemed nice but was quite inattentive, and we felt neglected throughout our meal. The food was average; I expected more based on Chili's reputation. The ribs had great flavor but were overly dry. It's a shame because I really love their molten chocolate cake, which was the saving grace of our dinner! If they could improve their service consistency, I think I'd be more inclined to return. When the food finally came, the chicken was dry and overcooked. I appreciate the effort from the staff but unfortunately, it didn't reflect in the food quality. " Had a nice evening at Chili's! The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. The main entrées were satisfying, but the highlight went to the dessert—molten lava cake! I enjoyed the professional service and attentiveness of the staff. We didn't have to wait long for a table. My only feedback would be to work on the temperature of the food. " I don’t understand the love for Chili's. My visit today was underwhelming. The drink took ages to come out and my dinner was bland and not exciting. I've tried their food a couple of times before, and think that they can't really capture the flavors well. The service was fine, but I feel that it doesn’t make up for the lackluster food experience.
