" Wow! Just wow! I had the yolk soft-boiled egg in my ramen, and it was one of the most exquisite bites of food I’ve ever experienced! The broth was sublime, rich, but not too heavy. Honestly, the tonkotsu ramen is the best I've had outside of Japan! It's hard to believe that this place exists here in the valley.
