" Visiting Mr. Ho Wonton House was a nostalgic trip! I used to come here with my parents when I was a kid and recently brought my children along. " Two words: Overcooked noodles! My family and I found ourselves at Mr. Ho Wonton House last weekend, and it was quite a letdown. The food was served lukewarm, and the stir-fried vegetables in my chow mein were limp – just not appetizing. The decor is charming, but a restaurant is all about the food for me. " Can’t say this is my favorite Chinese restaurant, but it’s not the worst. The food comes out quickly, and the staff seem like they want you to enjoy your meal. I wasn't thrilled with my spicy chicken, which fell flat on flavor and was overly oily. On the flip side, my friend really liked the shrimp with broccoli.
