I went with their al pastor tacos and each bite was a fiesta in my mouth. The staff is super welcoming which adds to the cozy vibe. " I've been to many taco spots and honestly, Rocky Mountain Taco has managed to impress me. Their burritos are packed with flavor and their tacos are made with fresh ingredients. You can tell that they take pride in their food. I tried the carne asada taco and was blown away. Also, the salsa bar is great! However, I do think that the seating could be improved – if they had more shaded spots, it would be perfect on warm days. Overall, however, a fantastic experience and I will be back!
