" Last week, I found myself craving Taco Bell and hoping this location had improved since the last time I visited. Spoiler: it has not. I was overcharged and served an incorrect order that took way too long to prepare. I sat at the table for what felt like an eternity while the employees goofed off instead of checking on the customers. " It’s unfortunate to say, but this Taco Bell has one of the worst reputations for a reason. My last experience was beyond disappointing. I asked for no sour cream because of allergies and still received it. I had to return to the counter, and the staff acted like it was my fault. Their attitude told me they didn’t care about customer service at all. I ended up not eating the food and throwing it away. I don’t think I’ll be returning; I’ll stick to my nearest McDonald’s. " My visit to this Taco Bell was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I stepped in, no one seemed interested in taking our order. We tried to order but were ignored; it felt uncomfortable. Eventually, after yelling to get someone’s attention, my food was brought out with some sort of hair in it! Absolutely disgusting! How can you maintain health standards or care about your food safety? I tried to talk to the manager, but he was dismissive. I walked up only to see a locked door for the lobby and an employee chilling at the drive-thru. It's baffling to me that they can’t even abide by corporate hours especially at this franchise. " I used to love Taco Bell, but this location has been consistently disappointing. I ordered a couple of soft tacos, but they appeared to be made by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. They were barely wrapped and things were spilling out. Additionally, I was given the incorrect sauce packets, which frustrated me. It seems like this place has problems with both food quality and customer service. I don't foresee myself visiting again anytime soon. Sad to say, but it’s a bus ticket to another Taco Bell for me! " For a fast food restaurant, my expectations were fairly low, but somehow this Taco Bell managed to disappoint me even further. I went there hoping to have a simple nacho order, but ended up having to sort through what seemed like more chips than toppings.
