" Having traveled extensively in Thailand, I can confidently say that Fresh Thai Restaurant offers one of the more authentic experiences I've had in the States. Their Tom Kha soup was rich and fragrant, perfectly embodying the harmony of coconut and lime. My only complaint is that the staff seemed a bit scattered during peak dinner hours, but they were friendly nonetheless.
