" I had an average experience at Olive Garden recently. When we were seated, it took a while for anyone to come take our orders. Once we received our food, my pasta was a bit overcooked. The breadsticks were the highlight of the meal. I appreciate the family-friendly environment, but I do wish the staff would have been a little more attentive and respectful to our table. " We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop at Olive Garden. I’m glad we did! The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Our waiter was exceptional, making recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. The Chicken Alfredo was delicious; creamy and flavorful, but I did find the portion to be smaller than expected. The breadsticks were heavenly and I loved the unlimited salad feature. " For special occasions, my family loves dining at Olive Garden because it's consistently good. The service is outstanding, often with managers checking in to ensure everything is to our liking. I especially enjoy the shrimp scampi; it's always cooked perfectly. On this particular visit, the dining area was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant environment. However, there seems to be a dip in authenticity; it's more of an Americanized version of Italian cuisine, which appeals to us for comfort, but may not satisfy purists. " One of my favorite spots for family gatherings! Olive Garden never disappoints with its hospitality and delightful cuisine. I never miss getting the zuppa toscana as it’s the best soup! For the entrée, I tried the eggplant parmesan, and while tasty, I would've liked it more with an authentic Italian twist. The server was friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the meal.
