It definitely had a kick that I enjoyed! The broth was flavorful and perfectly complemented by the fresh noodles. " Having been to numerous ramen shops, I can confidently say that Hakata Ikkousha is a top contender. The authenticity of their tonkotsu shines through with a rich, porky broth that I could swim in!
