" Having been to numerous ramen shops, I can confidently say that Hakata Ikkousha is a top contender. The authenticity of their tonkotsu shines through with a rich, porky broth that I could swim in! I was especially impressed by the various options for noodles and broth customization. The only downside was that our server seemed a bit rushed even though the place was moderately busy.
