" I don’t want to be too harsh, but this last experience at New China wasn't great. I ordered the orange chicken, expecting something flavorful and delightful, but it arrived cold and bland. On the positive side, the staff tried their best to remedy the situation by sending my order back to be reheated, and they were very kind about it. However, the fact that it took so long was disappointing. Perhaps I caught them at a bad time, but I'd be hesitant to revisit right now. Food authenticity didn’t wow me this time either. " I used to come here a lot back in the day. They had the best General Tso's chicken around. I returned recently, and while the flavors remain intact, the dish felt smaller. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which I loved. I haven’t tried all the menu options yet, but I’d still say they provide good service and decent food overall.
