" Katsu-Ya of Japan is a gem in the heart of Appleton. My family and I recently dined here, trying the hibachi and sushi. The sushi was incredibly fresh, perhaps the best I've had in the Midwest! The hibachi chef entertained us while cooking, and the service was friendly albeit a little slow at times. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming.
