" Had a lovely dinner here a couple of weeks ago. The ambience was warm and inviting, perfect for a date night. We shared a number of appetizers before diving into our ramen bowls. I can honestly say the ramen was artfully prepared, with the broth being just the right depth of flavor. The only downside was the noise level; it got a bit loud as the night went on. " Yama Izakaya has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots! The ambiance is low-key but stylish, perfect for a relaxed evening out. I ordered their spicy ramen and the flavor was out of this world, maybe the best ramen I've tried in Charlotte! I also appreciate that they offer unique drinks to pair with the food. " Went to Yama Izakaya for dinner, and it was worth the trip! The ramen bowls were tastefully crafted, full of rich flavors and authentic tastes reminiscent of the ones in Japan. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for small groups. Our server was attentive, but we noticed he forgot to check on us a couple of times. However, the food made up for the minor missteps.
