I particularly enjoyed the Sabudana Vada and Puran Poli. They stayed true to authentic recipes without any compromises. The Kanda Bhaji was crispy and the Thalipeeth was a great blend of spices. It's rare to find dishes that taste homemade in restaurants, but this one nailed it!
